Marc Ooms - Biographie
Marc Ooms was born into the vegetable and fruit establishment that was run by his father. Some time ago, he became among the first to become involved with research which explored the performance of the stock exchange in Brussels. Viewing an organisation in complete functionality from a rather young age may have influenced his outlook. Marc Ooms stayed considerably affiliated with one of Belgium's most reputable private banking ventures up until his retirement in 2011.
Marc Ooms - Who is he?
He was raised being the eldest son and resided at home with his father, mother and his siblings. Marc Ooms was born on the 18th of November 1951 in Etterbeek. These days, he is a loving, supportive and proud dad to three daughters and has lots of grandchildren.
Greenyard Foods started out life about 50 years ago (before Marc Ooms joined) as a rather modest establishment. The organisation has expanded to a substantial size, with nearly 8,200 workers spanning across 26 diverse countries. These days, the establishment is a global specialist in fresh and prepared fruits and vegetables, an area of which Marc Ooms has some positive recollections.
The Fruit Farm Group and Marc Ooms
They have close to 5,700 hectares of land, 3,900 of which are used for fruit farming. Ever since the creation of the business, Marc Ooms has helped to encourage it to focus on the most prevalent fruits including apples and cherries. He, with others, officially built the Fruit Farm Group back in 2014. It is certain that Marc Ooms has had a truly favourable impact on The Fruit Farm Group during the course of his work with the firm.
As a first move into the world of sophisticated education, Marc Ooms attended Heilig-Hartcollege in Ganshoren. Marc Ooms worked towards his BSc at the VLEKHO Business School from 1970 to 1974. He completed his degree in Business Administration which prepared him for a diverse, successful and lengthy professional future.
